Hello,
My name is Amanda. I am a Wilkes County native and although relatively new to the insurance world, I have over 15 years in customer service. I have been licensed in health and Medicare since I joined The Enrollment Center 3 years ago.
Rarely do new agents get to work with and learn from top agents, but I have had the privilege to work with not 1, but 2 top agents that have been with United Healthcare for several years, they have taught me the value of helping the client select the best plan for them, and the importance of always answering the phone and being there when they need help for many years after their enrollment, their clients never have to call customer service, and neither do mine.
I am available at the local office and always by phone (yes I answer my phone 7 days a week), to answer any questions that may arise, and to assist you in getting all the benefits your plan offers.
I grew up in a trucking family and developed a passion for big trucks, I even have my own truck and driver and have enjoyed being a truck owner for more than 10 years. I love animals, especially my rescue dog Piper, I keep her spoiled, and she spoils me with love.
I enjoy kayaking and spending time with family and friends, so most weekends you will find me down on the river.
My favorite thing about my job is making new friends while helping them navigate the Medicare system.
